Real Study in China
Terms of Service
Effective 29 September 2026.
These are the terms that govern every case we handle. They are written in plain English on purpose, so that every family knows exactly what we promise, what we cannot promise, and how we work together. Your first payment to us confirms that you have read and accepted them.
1. Who we are
Real Study in China is a private education services company. We help families and students apply to schools in China and we guide them through the documents, payments, and travel involved. We are not the Chinese consulate, not the Chinese government, and not the Nigerian government. We are a bridge between your family and the schools and offices that make the decisions.
2. What we promise
We promise honest work: correct information as we know it, careful handling of your documents, clear prices before you pay, and support at every stage. We do not promise admission, a visa, or a scholarship. No honest company can, because those decisions belong to schools and government offices.
3. How you accept these terms
When you make your first payment, you are telling us that you have read these terms and agree to them. Keep a copy of your invoice; it is part of this agreement.
4. Fees
Every invoice shows what each payment is for. There are two kinds of money: our service fees, which pay for our work, and third-party costs (school fees, government charges, hotels, transport, and documentation costs), which we pay out on your behalf and receipt back to you. Third-party money is kept separate from our own and is used only for your case.
5. Refunds
Money already spent on your case is not refundable. This means third-party costs already paid out, and work already completed. If a process ends early, anything unspent on your behalf is reconciled and returned according to your invoice.
6. What we need from you
True information, real documents, and timely responses. If a document you give us is false, or information is hidden from us, the agreement ends immediately, fees are not returned, and any consequence with schools or authorities is yours.
7. Updates and communication
We update you at each stage of the process: when we receive something, when we submit something, and when a result arrives. Between stages, silence usually means the schools or the authorities are still working. Their timelines are not ours to control. Please raise questions through our official WhatsApp or email channels, and give us reasonable time to answer.
8. Respect, both ways
We serve you with patience and honesty, and we ask the same. Harassment of our staff, threats, or public statements meant to damage the company's name are a breach of this agreement. If something goes wrong, tell us first, in writing. Most problems are solved that way.
9. Your documents and privacy
We treat your family's documents as private, including passports, certificates, and medical reports. We share them only with the schools, offices, and partners who need them for your case, and with no one else.
10. Our responsibility has limits
If a school changes its rules, a government office delays or refuses, flights change, or events outside our control interfere, we will guide you through it, but we are not liable for those decisions or delays. Our total liability to you is limited to the service fees you have actually paid us.
11. Ending the agreement
You may stop the process at any time in writing; section 5 explains what can and cannot be returned. We may end the agreement if section 6 or 8 is broken.
12. The law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
Questions about these terms? Ask us before you pay. We would rather explain everything twice than have a single family feel unsure.
